I came to IDoWeddingFlowers on a recommendation (because that’s what good friends do) and was immediately drawn to Nicole’s ability to actually understand what I had in mind. “Nicole and the Idoweddingflowers team was one of the first vendors we hired for our wedding. One of the reasons we were so attracted to this particular vendor is because she’s not just a wedding florists, she is a designer with flowers as her chosen medium. Nicole sees the venue as a canvas and uses florals and other decor to make an already beautiful room come to life. It’s not just flowers and vases with Nicole— it’s arbors, lanterns, out of the box custom design pieces, while also staying true to the more traditional elements.

Though our date was still in the distant future, Nicole talked about our vision with so much passion that it made us feel even more excited about our special day. She kept in touch through the whole process, even just to check in every once in a while. Our initial budget for flowers was on the lower end, and the ido team was still able to create a masterpiece spread of arrangements and decor. She didn’t try to sell me on boutonnières or corsages. When we were able to secure a larger budget for florals, Nicole was able to take the ideas we initially had and make them bigger. On our wedding day, I was able to appreciate all the little details we talked about (hops in the centerpieces, fall foliage in our ceremony pieces) but I was also able to appreciate how she was able to take some liberties with how things were arranged to better suite the space. And at the end of the day, every single bloom was still beautiful. We had a hanging centerpiece over our head table custom made out of metal and greenery, and some of our tables had very traditional low centerpieces and all of that was able to mesh so beautifully in the space together.

With Pinterest and instagram, it’s easy to get bogged down on exact colors and styles. Nicole loves to see those pictures as inspiration, but any bride can trust Nicole to take that picture and make it truly custom for her. I would highly recommend idoweddingflowers for anyone looking into a florist for any special occasion.”

“The only thing I was sure about when it came to florals was that Nicole had to be my florist (because look at her incredible work, duh) and that I wanted big lush Peonies for my bouquet.
When meeting Nicole for the first time, I instantly felt connected to her. She was so kind and sincere. I felt like I was chatting with a long lost friend.
After discussing back and forth for a year and a half I still didn’t know what I should have for my centerpieces at my wedding. I just couldn’t decide. I think it was fear... I have very expensive taste, but I HAD TO STICK TO A BUDGET. I was nervous that what I envisioned in my head would be way out of my price point. About 2 weeks before my wedding Nicole and I chatted about my centerpieces... she knew I wanted simple and clean, and that was really the only guidance I gave her!!!

The bouquets and boutonnieres looked fantastic. Of course, you can see all that in pictures. What really matters is how pleasant it is to work with her, and fortunately she is a delight. Nicole was incredibly flexible and adaptable both in price and arrangements. She helped us stay within our (relatively modest) budget while still making sure everything looked incredible.
